Brett Harpp, LMHC-D, is a licensed mental health counselor, EMDR-certified trauma therapist, and host of The Haunted Therapist podcast. She specializes in exploring the intersection of trauma, spirituality, psychology, and paranormal experiences through a compassionate, trauma-informed lens. Drawing on over a decade of clinical experience, Brett helps individuals make meaning of extraordinary experiences while supporting emotional well-being and critical thinking. Her work examines how concepts such as haunting, memory, grief, and identity often overlap in both psychological and paranormal narratives.
