Dr. Kristopher Garza has been drawn to the paranormal since childhood, when his own unexplained experiences sparked a fascination he couldn’t ignore. That curiosity eventually became a calling, one that has taken him to some of the most haunted locations in the United States and, more importantly, led him to sit with others who carry the weight of experiences they struggle to explain. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Professor of Counseling in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling Program at Texas A&M University, Kingsville, Dr. Garza brings a unique perspective to the field, grounded in both the world of mental health and the realm of the unexplained. He holds a Ph.D. in Counselor Education from Texas A&M University, Corpus Christi. He is the co-author of the forthcoming book Paranormal and Anomalous Experiences in Therapy: A Practitioner’s Guide, a resource bridging the gap between clinical practice and the paranormal. When not teaching or counseling, Dr. Garza channels his passion toward traveling and investigating the paranormal, always looking for ways to help others realize they are not alone in what they’ve experienced.
