Dr. Steve F. Bain is a counselor educator, researcher, and author whose work focuses on the psychological, spiritual, and meaning-making dimensions of paranormal and anomalous experiences. He is co-author of Paranormal and Anomalous Experiences in Therapy: A Practitioner’s Guide, a book designed to help helping professionals ethically and compassionately work with individuals reporting extraordinary experiences. His research explores how people interpret, integrate, and find meaning in encounters that challenge conventional explanations. Through his writing, speaking, and consulting, Dr. Bain advocates for a balanced, non-pathologizing approach to paranormal experiences that respects both critical inquiry and personal lived experience. He is sought out as a motivational speaker and frequently presents on the intersection of counseling, spirituality, and anomalous phenomena.
