Victoria Jaye is an author, podcaster, and writer in the paranormal/horror analysis spheres. Her book, The Black Hours: Modern Demonic Experiences & Folklore, expands upon her master’s thesis work from Utah State University. Victoria’s discusses demons, folklore, and horror movies on her podcast, Demon Folklorist, available on Spreaker and several other podcasting platforms. She has contributed articles to American Paranormal Magazine, Paranormal Daily News, Haunted Magazine, Haunted History Chronicles, and Morbid Curious. Her research interests include demonic narratives, experiences, phenomena, and media. Her horror interests include folk horror, women, childhood, the supernatural, and the body. Currently, she writes a horror column for Morbidly Beautiful called “The Novelty Shoppe” and is working on her next book about phenomena associated with shadow people.
